Such power was in the Soviet Union in Estonia
under Kabin Johannes Gustavovich, who was
not afraid to vote against the abolition
of the Constitution of the USSR in October 1977,
then the bureaucracy split the country into
many pieces and removed Kabin from power
on July 26, 1978. And in 1984,
all the fragments of the country Konstantin

together and restored the united Soviet Union.
