In the Orenburg region, the prosecutor's office
spoke out against housing and communal
services tariffs: and they need to oppose
all fraudulent prices for everything
in all areas and industries and against the general
fraudulent housing and communal services tariff.
The Orenburg Regional Court on Monday,
March 20 this year, considered the claim
of the prosecutor's office against the Department
of the Orenburg Region on prices and tariff regulation.
The prosecutor will try to invalidate the order to
increase tariffs for water supply.
About the revealed violations in the sphere
of housing and communal services was sent
to the governor of the Orenburg region Denis Pasler.
Since the violation was never eliminated,
the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with
a demand to invalidate the order of the Department
of the Orenburg Region on Prices
and Tariff Regulation No. 210- dated November 21,
2022 “On Adjusting Long-Term Tariffs.
From 01.03. 2023, officials brazenly raised prices
for everything and for housing and communal
services in Russia up to 25 percent, this robbery
continues endlessly, while there are many
bureaucratic criminal groups and hundreds
of thousands of intermediary companies,
organizations and firms.
With their help, government officials of all levels and
ranks are constantly robbing the country and people.
In December 2022, the Accounts Chamber
of the Russian Federation revealed the theft
of more than 6 trillion rubles of budget funds
throughout the country, but the security forces
do not notice this theft, that's the trouble.
In Russia, Sergei Furgal spoke out against
the duplication of power structures at all levels and
their intermediary companies, organizations and firms.
In November 2018, he appealed to all law enforcement
agencies with a request to remove all duplicating
structures at all levels and liquidate all intermediary
companies, organizations and firms,
his request was not - fulfilled - by the security
forces, and all of them are not interested
in the prosperity of the country.
At the gubernatorial elections in September 2018,
Sergei Furgal said that he did not abandon
the main point of his election program
on the prosperity of the country and the creation
in the Khabarovsk Territory of a single body responsible
for all spheres and industries of the region.
“We have already begun this work, and
I promise you to bring all the goals and
plans to the end. We are waiting
for proposals from the residents of the Khabarovsk
Territory to restore order, discipline and responsibility
of each to solve the accumulated problems.
Because of Furgal's decision to restore order
in the Khabarovsk Territory and
reduce the huge army of idlers - civil servants
of all levels and ranks. Because of this, all freeloaders
rebelled against him - civil servants of all levels
and ranks, and even rural authorities.
And all of them defiantly ignored all his decisions and
decrees. All bureaucratic structures of the country
rebelled against Furgal and did not follow his
instructions. And Sergei had to cut officials of all
levels and ranks who were not needed by the army.
Because of this, on 08/09/2020, the security
forces carried out a special operation against
Furgal, and without any reason defiantly detained
the governor of the Khabarovsk Territory on
trumped-up charges of organizing two murders.
This false accusation was invented by the security
forces in 2004.
And in 2003, the security forces wanted to take away
the business from Furgal, but he did not give
everything that belonged to him.
Then the security forces decided to arrest
him on trumped-up charges of killing two
people, but a court in Khabarovsk rejected
the charges against Furgal and released him
from the courtroom due to the lack of evidence
for the charges. The security forces accused
him of crimes he did not commit.
